Sometimes, the shape of the billet and the density of the kiln will also hinder the flow of gas in the kiln, and it is difficult to homogenize the atmosphere and temperature of each zone in the kiln. Under the condition of proper use of fuel, the cross section of the kiln and the atmosphere and temperature of each zone remain uniform. The measures adopted in the technical reform of tunnel kiln are as follows: the upper burner and the lower burner are set relative to each other on the two side walls of the kiln body, and the upper and lower burner is equipped with an air injection volume adjustment device that regulates the contact position of the ejecting gas phase and can move horizontally and reciprocally.

The lower and upper burners are arranged on the two side walls of the kiln body. The combustion gas emitted by the lower burners is in contact with each other under the billet in the kiln, and the combustion gas emitted by the upper burners is in contact with the billet above. The contact position of the combustion gas emitted by the lower burner is the space of relative flow of gas under the code carrier body, and the combustion gas in contact enters the kiln through the lower space of the gasket vent. The upper burner ejected combustion gas phase contact position is in the space between the billet and the top of the kiln or the combustion chamber specially arranged in the upper part, the ejected gas phase contact and fall, the lower and upper burners are respectively connected with the air injection volume adjustment device. The opposite lower and upper burners are used as a pair of combinations respectively to carry out periodic coordination and reverse regulate the amount of gas emitted by each other. In this way, the contact position of the ejected combustion gas phase varies with the amount of its ejected. With the change of the amount of gas emitted, the contact position of the combustion gas emitted by the lower burner and the contact position of the combustion gas emitted by the upper burner moves horizontally. In addition, the change period of the amount of combustion gas emitted by the lower and upper relative burners is the same. If the contact position of the combustion gas emitted by the upper relative burners is biased to the right side wall, in order to make the contact position of the lower burners ejected combustion gas be biased to the left side wall, the gas spray volume adjustment device can be controlled to make the upper and lower gas contact positions move in the reverse direction. In addition, a diaphragm flow regulator is provided on the fuel supply lines of the lower and upper burners, a valve is provided on the technical AC pipe for the air injection volume adjustment device, a control motor for the starting valve and a combustion air regulator connected with the motor.

After such improvement, the lower burner and the upper burner are set on the left and right sides of the tunnel kiln, and the upper burner is heated up and down. The lower burner rises after the combustion gas phase contact, and the upper burner drops after the combustion gas phase contact. Moreover, the amount of combustion gas sprayed by the lower burner and the contact position of the combustion gas are reversed by the air injection volume adjustment device, and can move in the horizontal direction, so the combustion gas with high flow rate in the kiln alternately forms a clockwise and counter-clockwise circulation flow. Under the condition of the right amount of fuel, even if the tunnel kiln with a large width is used in the kiln, the atmosphere and temperature of the kiln are maintained evenly, which can not only avoid the production of unqualified products, but also improve its quality and reduce fuel consumption.
