The stable operation and good firing effect of the tunnel kiln are closely related to the design and construction of the kiln in the early stage. The technical points of tunnel kiln equipment installation and construction are mainly reflected from three aspects:

1, tunnel kiln fan installation technical points

The smoke exhaust machine and hot air blower installed on the top of the kiln are generally bolted on the bracket of the steel structure, so it is necessary to pay attention to the rigidity of the steel structure frame to meet the requirements of the fan operation, otherwise it will vibrate due to the high speed of the fan. In addition, the steel frame should not be connected to or in contact with the kiln top, so as not to affect the service life of the kiln top due to the vibration of the frame. Fans with frequency modulation devices do not need to install fan inlet gate valves. The steel chimney located above the fan should be equipped with a steel structure support to withstand the pressure of the chimney, so as to facilitate the disassembly and installation when the maintenance and replacement of the wind housing. The cooling water source of the bearing seat of the impeller of the fan can be provided with a 2m3 water tank near the fan and supplied by a self-priming pump. This saves water and avoids laying long water supply pipes.

2, tunnel kiln air pipe installation technical points

(1) When the air temperature of the air duct exceeds 150 ° C and the length exceeds 15m, an expansion joint should be set.

(2) The air pipe laid through the top of the kiln should be laid as far as possible along the longitudinal middle of the kiln due to its large weight and expansion, especially the roasting belt, so as to avoid deformation or fracture of the heavy beam bearing the kiln top due to overload. It can be laid on the kiln wall on both sides of the kiln or on the bracket at the beam end, which is more reliable.

(3) The fan pipeline passing through the roof of the tunnel kiln should avoid affecting the installation and maintenance of the temperature measurement and pressure measurement pipe line.

(4) The top of the exhaust chimney is not equipped with a rain cover, but the top of the drainage pipe needs to be equipped with a rain cover.

3, hydraulic lifting machine installation and commissioning technical points

(1) For the reciprocating roof frame, the allowable deviation of elevation is ±0.5mm, so as to avoid collision between the frame and the roof frame due to the wheel diameter becoming smaller after the kiln car is moved.

(2) When installing the pipeline and fuel tank of the hydraulic system, it needs to be cleaned, and it is not allowed to refuel for test without cleaning.

(3) During debugging, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the two oil pressure ejector rods are synchronized and whether the position of the pushing roof block is appropriate, depending on the specific situation.

Each installation step and each installation detail is an important prerequisite for determining whether the tunnel kiln is stable and the effect is good, so it should be strictly required in accordance with the construction specifications and do a good job of supervision during installation.
