5. Improve quality. The temperature of the three parts of the pre-tropical zone, burning zone and cooling zone is often maintained in a certain range, and it is easy to grasp the burning law, so the quality is also better and the damage rate is less.

1) Low-temperature tunnel kiln - the firing temperature is about 1000℃, mainly used for roasting skateboard bricks and other products with special process requirements.

2) Medium temperature tunnel kiln: the firing temperature is 1300℃ ~ 1650℃, mainly used for firing ordinary alkaline brick, clay brick, high aluminum brick, skateboard brick, water brick, silicon brick and other products.

3) High temperature tunnel kiln: the firing temperature is greater than 1700 ° C, generally between 1800 ° C and 1900 ° C, mainly used for firing medium grade magnesium brick, high purity magnesium brick, direct combination magnesia chrome brick, magnesia aluminum and corundum products.
