First of all, in terms of the inner wall ash joint fullness, through a number of tunnel kiln construction inspection proved that the horizontal joint mortar fullness can reach more than 90%, but some vertical joint mortar fullness does not reach 90%, and even 5% to 8% vertical joints appear, from the surface of the mortar but the actual inside there is no mortar, the mortar on the surface of the joint is smeared, in fact, the vertical joint is empty. When the tunnel kiln is firing and running, when the refractory brick and light insulation brick masonry are under positive pressure in the kiln (in the top car, the kiln is almost all positive pressure), the hot air flow from these empty cracks into the thermal insulation layer, so that the outer surface temperature of the kiln greatly exceeds the design requirements, and a large amount of heat is lost. At the same time, because there is an expansion joint on the wall of a parking space long firebrick, it becomes an independent short wall, which is easy to tilt the wall inward under the movement of heat flow, which affects the life of the tunnel kiln.

Secondly, the design requirements of the ash joint of refractory brick and light insulation brick are less than 3m, but because the size deviation specified in the standard has positive and negative, the positive and negative deviation is sometimes greater than 3mm, such as ±2mm, which is greater than 3mm, then the ash joint can not be controlled to less than 3mm. In order to meet the design requirements, the bricks are first separated by firebricks or light insulation bricks of the same size through standard doorknobs of different sizes in the construction. When laying bricks, bricks of the same standard size can be laid together, so that the ash joint can reach the requirement of less than 3mm. Otherwise, the ash joint is greater than 3mm, and it is easy to cause a gap in the ash joint after dry shrinkage, so that the hot gas flow is channelled outward during positive pressure, which not only has a large heat loss but also has an impact on the life of the kiln.

Tunnel kiln

The design requirements of the ash joint of the external wall brick masonry are less than 7, the same horizontal and vertical joints are required to be full of mortar, and the outer surface of the kiln culture is pointed with cement paste after the completion of the kiln. The masonry of firebrick, insulation layer, insulation brick and external wall brick should be carried out at the same time, and the masonry should be withdrawn from the inside out.

1, insulation brick masonry

The height, thickness and total length of the insulation wall shall comply with the requirements of the drawing design. Its masonry method is the same as that of clay refractory bricks, which are masonry with refractory mud. Each layer is built with the same size brick to control the ash gap less than 3. Masonry should... Ash full mortar solid, its mortar fullness to reach more than 90%. When laying bricks, it is forbidden to use a hammer to knock the brick. Use a rubber hammer or a wooden hammer to gently knock the surface of the brick to align it. It is strictly prohibited to cut bricks directly with a gray knife, and the bricks that need to be processed should be cut neatly with a cutting machine and the required size is accurate. In order to avoid direct contact between the thermal insulation brick and the open fire in the kiln, the surrounding area of the observation hole can be laid with firebrick, and the overlapping bricks of the thermal insulation wall and the thermal insulation blanket and the external wall should also be laid with clay and firebrick.

2, insulation layer laying

The filling insulation material layer between the inner wall and the outer wall should be uniform, full and sealed, and should not be flooded. The thermal insulation material is generally made of ordinary aluminum silicate fiber needled blanket, and the order size should meet the design requirements and be convenient to install. During the installation process, it should be noted that the contact between the blanket and the blanket must be tight and pressed, and the high-temperature adhesive should be used at the joint of the two blankets to make it tightly sealed and heat preservation effect. For the blankets that need to be processed, the tool should be used to cut neatly, use size, and it is strictly prohibited to tear directly by hand.
